Family Law is one of the most difficult areas of law for a lawyer as emotions and feelings dominate over the principle of law. My office has vast experience with family, law matters and we strive to take the emotion out of the case so the process is simple as it can be. When both sides are able to cooperate and work soberly through the court applied formulas, cases can run smoothly. Some Family Law Attorneys are unnecessarily aggressive and inject agitation into the case, which is often done at the expense of both parties. This is usually due to inexperience. It benefits everyone on both sides to be represented by respectful and effective counsel. I elect to have a reasoned approach to family law and I will consult clients as to that.
